Growing Your Own - A Creative Approach to Sustainable Food - Newark Harvest
"Growing Your Own" is a practical hands-on Newark Harvest course led by experienced tutor Anne-Marie Glownia and funded by Newark & Sherwood College .
The course has been designed so that you can attend as many sessions as you want from just one, to all ten. The course is free but places must be booked in advance. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Everyone is welcome you do not have to have an allotment.
A list of what you will need to bring with you will be sent with confirmation of your booking.

Growing vegetables — planning for the year ahead, theory and practice

Growing Under Cover — poly tunnels and greenhouses

Growing Fruit-planting, pruning, care, pests and diseases

All sessions will take place at Hawton Road Allotments from 9.30am-12.30pm
